“ProtyDron” is an effective, modern VR-based solution for practising fire at attacking FPV drones with a pump-action shotgun, Kalashnikov assault rifle and AR-15 rifle at different locations and from a vehicle. The instructor creates the training scenario and monitors the shooter's actions on a tablet. In the virtual environment, the shooter practises
rapid response to FPV drones, coordination, and effective engagement and downing of drones.
The software allows the number, speed, altitude and flight path of FPV drones to be selected, and the weather, time of day and training locations to be changed. It supports configuration of ammunition types, calibre, weapon parameters and sights. A training mode with visual hints enables effective skills practice.
